KBC - Gap in the market
KBC is one of the biggest banks in Belgium.
Their question:
Position KBC as the financial partner for local businesses.
Our answer:
An online platform where KBC helps local businesses to find the gap in the market, namely a perfect location to start-up or expand their business.
One part of the platform aims at entrepreneurs and the other part on the larger public. The task of the last one is to inspire entrepreneurs by telling them what kind of business they miss in their neighbourhood. For the entrepreneurs it’s a way to find out where the best location is for their business.
My role:
* determine the scope + create functional and user flow
* budgeting and planning
* co-creation and follow-up of wireframes + prototyping
* briefing, lead and follow-up of design and development process
We won a gold, silver and bronze lion in Cannes and gold at the MIXX Awards (best online B2C campaign) with this online platform.
