Base - Checkout flow
When Telenet acquired Belgian mobile provider Base, all digital touch points of Base needed to be integrated into the Telenet eco-system. An opportunity to optimise the user experience.
OUR APPROACH:
Due to limited resources we decided to focus on the checkout flow first and integrate it into the Telenet Checkout flow. All information architecture for mobile and desktop and weekly user testing was done in house but the actual design was outsourced to Netcracker. We also worked closely together with the in house development team to get a good understanding of technical restrictions at all time.
MY ROLE:
Information Architecture, design of the cart system, weekly user tests, project management, internal management of the development team.
