Layout Example - I was the Consumer Experience Design department's Layout Requirements Architect from August 2006 to February 2008. In that capacity, I created "blueprints" and coordinated the Chicago headquarters' graphic and interaction design work with software development teams located in China, India, Russia, Brazil, France, the UK, and the US. This is an illustration taken from a layout document I created for a Linux mobile phone.
Interaction Flow Example - I contributed interaction designs to the Motorola team - developing flows, wireframes, mockups, and simulations - for a variety of mobile applications on a variety of software platforms (Linux-Java, Windows, and UIQ). This is part of a short flow I created for a Windows Mobile feature.
Wiki-based Layout and Media Specifications - I was the first to bring wiki-based specifications to Motorola's Consumer Experience Design department. This is an example wiki page (in three parts) for Motorola's $2000 AURA phone. The high-res renderings were created by the AURA lead designer (Lena Kim). This is the first section of a single wiki page.
