Sign was damage and client need his tenants to be visible to road traffic. He wanted to update the design but keep the color scheme. Used brushed aluminum to draw attention, enlarged address and placed it where it had the most visibility from passing by traffic.
Was able to add two more tenant spots which client was happy about.
