Dental office that was expanding into third location. This location was a challenge because of the residents that live above the retail first floor have an H.O.A. that can be difficult to deal with. The jurisdiction that the channel letters is also know to make permitting difficult. The permitting process ended up being a 6 month fight but in the end we were able to get approval.
The client was very happy and has exposure on two sides of the building at a busy intersection.
