Drip Coffee Dial In

Using a refractometer, a detailed spreadsheet, and, obviously, my sense of taste, I’m constantly monitoring the quality of the coffee. I’ve had to dial in not only our house brew, but several single origins. Over time I’ve reconfigured the brew settings of the different Fetco and Curtis machines we have, which has led to better coffee that’s hitting margins necessary to make a profit.
