At the onset of the project an intensive site audit was conducted to document all of the old site’s functionality and organization. Once this was done the information in the site was organized into a task based system so that the new site could be used like an application with the most important tasks taking hierarchy on the interface.

Usability studies were conducted in order to better understand the tool and allow the interface to be designed in the most efficient way for its users. Many enhancements were done to the interface and the result was a much simpler and more intuitive application that both customers and Cisco resellers can use.
