The all new ADL Enviro 400 (Euro 6) is the successor to Britain’s best-selling double deck bus, raising the bar for the industry, with a new more fuel efficient, quieter vehicle with greater seating capacity. In a collaborative project with DGDesign, Mediasphere Ltd and ADL’s in House team, Schoenemann Design led the interior styling of the new ADL Enviro. The design addressed major key issues regarding tooling costs, consistent manufacturing and assembly, passenger comfort and driver requirements. With a generic colour scheme applied it does not overwhelm the interior aesthetics and reduces costs.
