Billy Purgatory Comic Strip #4 - This is strip #4. I cleaned up my technique and started using a three panel strip template I located on-line. The first three strips are a little rough around the edges, but I could tell after this fourth strip that everything was slowly starting to come together. Sketched out the design on comic board, inked, and then scanned into Illustrator. Using Illustrator I applied Live Trace, and then added text.
Billy Purgatory Comic Strip #5 - This is strip #5. Again I've applied the same tools for it's design. Sketched out on comic board, inked, and then scanned into Illustrator. I improved on the panel design by using a comic strip template, and ditched the word balloons.
