1. Downtown Portland Maine. Wayfinding Program - The City of Portland and the Portland Downtown Partnership contracted Wilbur Smith Associates to develop a wayfinding program. The goal of the project was to develop written criteria (that would become binding city ordinances) for the sign program and to create a functional and aesthetically appealing wayfinding program for first time visitors and residents.
Highmark Healthplace - Highmark corporate headquaters (located in the historic Joesph horne building) required a branding initiative to enhance their street front image through the use of images, window vinyls and signage without permantly marring the historic building.
2. Historical Identity and Wayfinding Program
1. Caste Village Retail Plaza - The goal was to update the aging aesthetics of the plaza with a light Tuscan theme. The project consisted of primary and secondary of identity signs, tenant signs, new roofing material specifications and colors, dormer accent pieces, new interior color palette, interior directional signs and directories and a thematic exterior memorial court with bust.
2. Caste Village Retail Plaza
1. Island Sports Center - This in-house team developed program was tasked with providing branding, identity, graphic enhancements, banners and interior and exterior wayfinding signage for the multiuse sporting complex. The neutral yet fun and thematic program was developed from architectural construction drawings and was highly successful and structurally resilient to the amount of people interacting with the program.

Miami International Airport - Scope of work included the designing all mounting conditions based on building construction documents, layout and preparation of construction documents and specifications, cost estimate and construction services for three connected areas of the airport totaling over 1300 signs.

Schenley Park - The goal was to develop graphics and a sign structure that was in context with its surroundings, while maintaining a great visual prominence.
