ARQadia Competition - NOT SELECTED, 2010

Sail Tower Hotel
Arch. Urban Design Studio B, 2007

Conceived under the idea of working with pure and simple volumes, it was resolved the next project, with 2 volumes, a prism of concrete and curtainwall for the cores and single rooms, and another, bent over, for the category suites.

Located at the intersection of Cordoba and Reconquista, the SailTower Hotel will become a prominent landmark of the city of Buenos Aires, either by style and elegance as a single volume, but also because it is a joint project with the Tourist center. Between a working together process, the projects are related both in a functional and morphological level.
