Pulchram is a refrigerator designed to be aesthetically attractive, highly functional and easy to produce. It consists of three subsystems: refrigeration, freezer and a non refrigerated compartment, space we took advantage after moving the air compressor for the cooling system at a lower level, in order to improve the space for the freezer.
These are some renders of the refrigerator. The interior has adjustable shelves and plates for them to be arranged at your convenience . It also has a special device called the "octopus" which specific function is to use the space under the levels. The Octopus is a resilient network, enabling to put all kinds of objects such as fruit, bottles, dishes, whatever is the right size.
This project was done for Haceb's Crea Project in conjunction with the ICESI University considering technologies and processes that the company had at that time (2011).
Haceb is fridge and cooking appliances company.
