Exor is a pre-concentrator for low and medium scale gold mining in Colombia. It uses a series of filters combined with washing and manual selection in order to optimize the work for artisanal miners. It has a manual water pump and can be folded and packed in a bag for easy transportation.
This project is the result of a year of work and research and is designed to maintain connection and consistency with the traditions of the miners, their social, environmental and technological capabilities for production, maintenance and repairing.
