This design features two flip seats, cupholders, a rotating handle, and front steerable wheels. It launched under the "Ultimate" model name.
The shape was designed with a minimum wheel-to-body clearance to avoid finger pinching but also needed to look stylish. The form was also driven by the rotomolding process, which requires a minimum gap between inside walls to avoid unintentional internal plastic welding.
Integrated cupholders were designed around rectangular juice boxes and round sippy cups.
Seats fold down to allow hidden storage below and hauling space above.
This design launched under the "Red Flyer" model name. The standout feature is more articulation in the seats.
More seat adjustability allows several configurations for occupants and storage. The design on the right creates a tabletop for a single occupant.

Radio Flyer Wagons

Over several years I modeled different Radio Flyer wagon prototypes for display at the annual Toy Fair. Production models were later created by Dimonte Group using these CAD models as the starting point.
