At the Mirror News college newspaper, I was hired as the Visual Arts and Layout Editor. During that job, I completely overhauled the design of the newspaper and created more than 15 graphic advertisements. Later, I was promoted to editor-in-chief. I managed over 20 writers and editorial staff.
