The first in a series of photos for a diptych project. I decided to condense down a typical zombie film story into three sets of images. This first set was to show the zombie rising from the grave, sadly the partner image has been lost in mysterious circumstances. Spooky.
The second in a series of photos for a diptych project. I decided to condense down a typical zombie film story into three sets of images. This second set is showing the zombie attacking our heros. Sadly as hard as they fight to keep it at bay, they are doomed to failure.
The third in a series of photos for a diptych project. I decided to condense down a typical zombie film story into three sets of images. This last set ends the story, with one of the heroes about to be devoured. For the second image in the pair, I experimented with different coloured liquids to see which would look best in black and white. It turns out green makes for the best black and white blood!
A pair of images practising high key lighting.
A set of images practising low key light.
A set of three images experimenting with light painting techniques.
A pair of photo-manipulation images, both made with the intention of looking as seamless as possible. This image had a focus on a immediately noticable and striking change, whilst still looking in place. The main inspiration for this image was the Citadel in City 17, from the game Half Life 2.
This image was made with the intention of being far more subtle, to the point of the change being easily missed unless you pay close attention.
This next series of images was for an album project. The task was to create series of images using a variety of  techniques to create a cover for each song on the Pink Floyd album Dark Side of the Moon.
A set of images on "shadow play", with the aim to use photos of shadows superimposed onto another image to create interesting images.
A series of studio photos created for the theme "teen issues".
