Prototype: LolliCough - Saliva Test Concept
Physical Concept Prototype developed through User-Centered design practices as part of a University project. The concept was based on the theme of sustainability and was meant to be a modular saliva test for disease detection, meant to reduce the amount of health center appointments and waiting times. Multiple iterations put through usability testing and user interviews resulted in a physical artifact crafted with styrofoam and plaster. The prototype was also fitted with an OLED display, speakers and LEDs controlled by an Arduino.
