Allan Peters and I teamed up again to remind our guests know that we sold food in a fun and memorable way. Meet Danielle Evans. Bam! She had been experimenting with food and was really good at it. I wrote some lines, Allan roughed a few layouts, found some beautiful surfaces and then we flew her to the studio. It was a very organic process that came together in only a few weeks with a very small team.
