Zoomazium Indoor Exhibits, Woodland Park Zoo, Seattle WA

Exhibits that provided both large and small motor exploration and discovery of the world's biomes. Visitors climb up to the top of a multi-story strangler fig tree to hang out in a tree top observation fort, then slide down a spiral slide to exit at the bottom of the tree. A sculpted shotcrete mountainscape provided opportunities to explore risk and safe danger while crossing a sway bridge to the top of a climbing rock or explore caves lit by lava beneath the mountain. A dedicated toddler exploration area provided age appropriate activities such as climbing, nurse log, and a giant bird's nest with crawl-in egg.
