I used this texture on the neck to show a scratchy look to her neck, I lowered the opacity to 16%.
With this texture of the carpet I used it to cover part of the forehead to show a brain worm, ugly like texture, I lowered the opacity to 32% and used Linear Burn.
I used this meat texture to cover the whole face to make it a reddish color and bumpy, bloody look. I lowered the opacity to 18%.
I used the leaves texture on the cheek and it made it look scratchy and messy, I lowered the opacity to 11%.

I used the burn, smudge, eraser and selection tools. I used some adjustments as well such as liner burn and vibrance to turn the picture into a more dead zombie look.
