Brochures: conceptualisation and copywriting

A marketing brochure to present an over 600 acres mixed-used premium development near Pune. Being in the pre-launch phase, the challenge was to position it as an extremely premium product, which was beyond a township. Right from the piece of land, to natural topography to landscape, to the amenities, everything was in plenty.
Message: this creation is better than one could think of.
Hence the theme of 'Abundance', and complimenting it with a dash of attitude because it was not for everyone.

Hence, Abundance - is not trance.

The entire copy is written in a manner that spells abundance, conveying how despite the constant innovations and developments outside, your abode in Abundance will be worth a spiel.
