If not the goldest, one of the brightest periods of Poster Design was surely lived during the decades of the 1950's and 60's. The advent of modern yachting, aqua sports and continental driving has always inspired me.
Based on this classic imagery, I developed some illustrations for the French Riviera-based brand Marino Madi.
Here a couple of scenes evoquing a sailing regatta at Cap d'Antibes and a yacht arrival at Saint-Tropez.
