Profiles based on interviews, contextual research and quantitative data were defined for physicians, practice managers, CFOs, nurses, quality leaders and patients. These were used to create new opportunities and strategies.
Synthesis of interviews produced a deep understanding of the pain points of employees and allowed us to translate these into actionable insights the team could use to further develop concepts and validate strategic roadmaps. Research insights led to the creation of several new offerings.
Analysis allowed us to distill the main research insights of the project - physicians were already overburdened, a DIY attitude existed, employees were looking for partners rather than more products, and didn't feel they could handle any more tasks.

Improving Physician Engagement In ACO organizations

The company was interested in better understanding physician needs around engaging with ACO practices. Co-leading the team, we conducted 32 stakeholder interviews and 15 clinician interviews across the U.S.

The final recommendation was a comprehensive set of opportunity areas the business could pursue to enable physician engagement as well as a series of thought starters for product development.
