DuSable Museum of African American History

Service design project to improve the museum goer experience and increase visits. As a team of two, we observed visitors from entry to exit and mapped the experience with a service blueprint to better understand how to improve interactions. Finally, we created several concepts that tied into local tourism, museum layout and experience, and new technology.
