Bed of nails Testing system

This is a bed of nails testing rig that allowed for the debugging and verification of a high component density sensor node.

The device being testing was a prototype wearable sensor node that used Bluetooth low energy and would be sown directly into clothing. Because of its size the only way to debug the small batch of boards was to build a bed of nails testing rig that made contact with test pads on the device.

The test rig allowed for the programming reprogramming of the micro controller as well as watch important data buses and interrupt lines. It also broke out key functions such as reset and settings buttons which made configuration during debug easier.
