“Barilla” group proposal of a new programme for the EXPO 2015: The 2 days Barilla Academy educational courses. a simple, quick assamled timber structer creates two levels inside the exhisting space: the 1st level presents the proud of Barilla Academy - the library, the 2d level contains the hotel rooms for programme particiapants, single or family rooms. Outside there are a restaurant and the educational cooking classes opened for all the EXPO visitors. This course suggests to experience the healthy lifestyle and to learn together with Barilla how to eat the same time good quality, healthy and tasty food.
