2011 Genji Sushi Menu & Nutritional Map for Genji, LLC & Whole Foods Markets. Eastern USA, Los Angeles, London.
In my tenure at this company, this project was the bane of my existence. So much information needed to fit into the page, that was different regionally. The goal was to make one piece that was both a menu and an easy guide for customers to know the nutritional value of the most popular sushi and other products. Raw / Cooked / Vegetarian items were color-coded into Pink / Orange / Green. I learned a lot about information design in the months working on this as well as pre-press and project management.
