Mobility is a mid-term issue within the context of Saint Nazaire City (France): need to link the districts, redeployment of economic activity towards the ocean, request for alternative mobility systems. Here the pedaling car embodies the context and is a key to understand the territory and to plan new possibilities: diversification of the local know-how, future mobility, touristy attractiveness, development of itinerant selling. This future vehicle is planned as a basic structure where accessories are plugged according to each specific use; the structure is made of aluminium tubes assembled by connecting parts and all the 'surfaces' are made of technical canvas so that the all vehicle is light and efficient.
