CONTAMINATION:CENTRIFUGIUM! - The City of Siegen is dominated by an omnipresent elevated road. And although it is situated next to a river, there is no access to the water.
CONTAMINATION:CENTRIFUGIUM!
Though the item of contamination makes us think of something negative at first, it also describes the act of merging. This idea is reflected in the shape as well as in the fusion of "centrifuge" and "refugium" as an urban retreat.
The design is to create a forum for discussions as well as to polarise different views.
