Silhouette Flatware
Silhouette flatware was created as part of a form development and modeling skill building assignment. The shape of the handle is a reflection of the form and function of the utensil’s front end. Made from a flat sheet of rigid styrene plastic, the shape of each utensil’s handle was achieved by heating the flat pattern then forming it over a wood mold.
