Serving Tray
This serving tray is made of two simple parts: a flexible self-adhesive cherry veneer adhered to a heat bent acrylic structure. The bends give the 1/8? acrylic strength and rigidity. The acrylic was cut and bent manually using various handmade jigs, but the design could easily be mass produced using modern methods like laser cutting or CNC cutting and vacuum forming.
