Robert Greenspan

A client of mine requested a logo for a new video game forum. My creative process began with very detailed drawings of Trojan helmets because that is my first thought when I heard 'armored', then I would add in a jester's hat and bow tie to bring it all together. But that wasn't enough. I wanted to create something with as little detail as possible while still bringing the idea across and used a combination of negative space with color blocks to make the effect that I wanted. The colors were added to invoke a sense of security (blue) and playfulness (orange).
