This is the courtyard where all, if not, most of the water was getting into the basement. This drawing includes a section view of the wall the separates the grass and the side walk. Since there was no building plans that were found or updated, everything had to be measured by hand.

This is the drawing for the financial office that got flooded in one of the major rain storms. This drawing, like the others had to be measured and input into AutoCAD because there were no updated drawings of the offices. If there were updated drawings they could not be found.

Galaxy Condominium Association

After a driveway remodel, the Galaxy Condominium Association in Guttenberg, New Jersey received severe flooding of the lower levels of the condominiums due to poor drainage. The water ingress was a serious issue and my job was to locate and note possible locations where water was getting in. I found severely mistreated and crumbling concrete as a possible source of water infiltration. After this milestone, my job was to measure and model the places where the water was infiltrating on AutoCAD to help measure the correct amount of concrete needed to replace the damaged concrete slabs. Another project I had to with the Galaxy Condominium Association was to measure and CAD the financial offices that got ruined by the water ingress.
