Package Design - Blennerhassett Island Gourmet Foods - Blennerhassett Island Gourmet Foods has a heritage to preserve and a business to expand beyond it’s base in the Appalachian Mountains. Although this is a mock-business used for a portfolio project, I have captivated the target market gourmet food customer, conducted focus testing and developed a new brand, product, concept, packaging and solution that could be sold at most trendy gourmet food stores today.
