final concept milk bottle hourglass - Here is my final concept were two milk bottles are held in a wooden frame to make and hourglass, a flow controller has been placed between to regulate the flow of sand from one bottle to another.

The brief for this project had design limitations as products could only be designed and made from the following - a yellow pages phone book, a clay brick, terracotta plant pots and standard glass pint milk bottles. the aim of this brief was to create new products and new uses for existing products rather than simply recycling them to start the manufacture again.
