This was a project for our typography and layout class to create an advertisement for a random company. This particular Starbucks ad was made to provoke warmth and the desire to drink a warm cup of coffee during the cold winter months. Created in Adobe Illustrator.

For my Advertising Creative class, we got partnered up and had to create our own "ad agency". We chose to name it ad splash and have three abstract drops of water to represent our company. For my Advertising Creative class, we had an assignment that involved creating a new direction for the camera brand Kodak. Our assignment was to create a 3 panel ad, that followed the direction of appreciating growing up in life and the pictures that can make you remember them. Another twist to the assignment, was it had to be directed completely towards the female demographic. For this I made my ads contain three parts, a small box of pictures from young childhood, to a middle box of pictures about growing up, and my final big box was getting to adulthood. This was our final project for my web design class at FSC. Our assignment was to create a website to brand ourself, where we can upload our works of art that we have created over the past to work as our own portfolio. The site is not live however I may choose to get a domain in time. Instead of going with a traditional method, I used smaller images of my recent work to create an ongoing home page, that any click could bring you to the original work. My advertising and public relations class has had Lakeland Regional Medical Center as a client for the entire year and we had to do some mockup logo designs for them. As they have five main branches that we were trying to exemplify, our group chose to pick five bold colors to represent that. This is a shirt that was made for a promotional event for a restaurant and bar called Mojo's in Lakeland.

This project for my web design class was to redesign a website that we thought needed improvement. This particular site focused on a blue, white, and gray color scheme and incorporates many pictures and descriptions to help navigate the site. Beirut Band Poster - This was one of a series of poster designs for my typography and layout class. We were asked to create a design for posters of an "upcoming" event for different groups. Since Beirut is a band that uses a lot of different instruments and has a peculiar rhythm, I chose to have a silhouette of a trumpet as the main image and to give the poster a vintage feel. Heartland Magazine Cover - For this project, the creator of the southern magazine, "Heartland", came in and briefed us on a new magazine look that she would like to go into effect next year. We were all asked to create a more modern but simplistic cover page which is shown here, along with a spread of a particular artical. This cover was a runner-up for the new magazine. Illuminated Figure - For my digital photography class, a project of mine focused on light painting and longer shutter speed so I came up with this image to show it. The shutter was open for 15 seconds where I drew around my subject with light, then later edited it to make it more dramatic and appealing. Created in Adobe Photoshop

For my desktop publishing class, we were told to pick an ad from a magazine and recreate, making it more enticing than the original. Voted best ad of the semester. Created in Adobe Indesign & Photoshop

For one of my classes, I was asked to take a generally simple product, and make it more appealing to the eye. I used a basic shoe box for an Adidas cleat, and gave it a more captivating look. The bag that comes with is normally a basic color and I altered that as well. Both included images of the shoe and the main athlete and spokesperson who wears the shoe, Lionel Messi. This was a project for 5Stone Marketing to create a little coupon to be passed out at JT Walker's sports bar.
