The idea behind Shashin Dayo is to show Tokyo through the eyes of five foreigners who lived in Japan. No worn-out Japanese clichés like sushi, bright neon lights, cute girls in costumes and general wackiness, just everyday things, streets, places and people. Hidden alleyways, local shops, neighborhood festivals and bbqs by the river is the Japan we came to collectively know and love.
