Electro larynx
Electrolarynx, a device that enables people to talk. loss of larynx is due to a surgical procedure called Laryngectomee which is generally applied to patients suffering from cancer. Number of other diseases may also affect the larynx, rendering the patient unable to use their voice pox. In such scenarios, the electrolarynx plays an important role. It produces vibration of the same wavelength as that of the larynx and thus enables one to formulate the sound into words with the help of tongue, teeth and lips.
