This project involved the design of an application which will enable the empowering the field workforces with the right capabilities needed so as to facilitate effective service installations and repairs. It will :
Automate all administrative tasks’ that the field technicians perform to complete repair or install TTV services.
Enable a single interface to view the E2E TTV Service test results for a given subscriber.
