Taxpayers could be forced to foot a multi-million-pound bill for the storage of recycled waste as Britain’s system is plunged into chaos and firms struggle to shift thousands of tons of rubbish. Despite householders being told to carefully sort their rubbish, experts say that waste, especially paper, is becoming impossible to sell and costing a fortune to store.

Not only could the raised platform provide enhanced views of the festival but also it compliments and supports Glastonbury’s mission statement.
