Wet storage, seat on the inside and dry storage on the outside: “this is a practical and easy to use shower solution”.
The controllers are located to the side of the seat for ease of reach. The over head shower can be diverted to the sitting or standing position. The wet storage is drained and ventilated to reduce mold and bacterial growth in damp areas.
Hide and seat was launched at ISH 2011 Bathroom fair, Frankfurt Messe and is for sale in EU.
Comprising two separate sections of storage, the lid of the seat lifts to reveal a compact space to keep sponges, shower gels and other essentials close to hand, whilst the external trolley pulls out for the perfect place to keep towels and face cloths dry. Hide & Seat comes with a built-in thermostatic control which allows the water to flow from the handset if rinsing or two different parts of the overhead shower rose depending on whether the user is sitting or standing.
