GH Zeal, founded 1888 have a world famous reputation for quality and precision in the manufacture of thermometers. In 1997 Zeal approached me to design and develop the next generation of thermometers that would take the company into the next Millennium.
The result was an innovative re-usable single patient clinical thermometer with significant user benefits over the traditional glass mercury industry standard. The advantages were numerous; no cross-infection, a higher accuracy with faster temperature response times, non-breakable, easier for nurses to use and read, as well as safer and cheaper.
