HSBC Design Audit

I led a small research team auditing Design Management within HSBC Bank, City of London.

I designed interview guides and interviewed senior managers to understand how design was managed across different channels of communication with customers, and how HSBC’s brand identity and values were implemented Globally, across all service touchpoints, and marketing channels.
