Client: Cable & Wireless Communications
Design Team: Richard Arnott, Andy Jones, Chris Dolan.

I led a hollington/Philips collaborative design and development team, to create a brand family of interactive TV products for the Cable & Wireless Communications Digital TV service. The ability to communicate persuasively to all the stakeholders involved; clients, interaction specialists, technologists, engineers, and manufacturers, was an essential element of my design process.
Over 3 million subscribers now use the products in both the UK and across Europe.
