A Ministry of Tourism project-my firm was contracted to undertake complete renovation of this 8 storey building,to take it from its dilapidated condition to the level of a luxury 4 star city hotel.
An important part of my tasks here was to develop a detailed tender package, with the help of structural, electrical, plumbing and civil consultants-and to ensure that it passed the audit for budget by relevant government authorities.
