rotoform vessel - the final model of my plant vessel was achieved by pulling a sheet of styrene over a turned, wooden form.
my turned form was a simple teardrop shape, which lended itself to a clear and directional massing. aimed to abstractly emulate the interaction between organic and inorganic materials, like a bounded tree root pushing through a concrete sidewalk.
