Roof top apartment in Berlin
Our roof top apartment is located on the 5th floor, flat, no.14 and has a size of 214m2. At the moment the owner of the flat does not know who will rent the flat, therefore I keep the option to change the working room to children room or guest room. The architect started to work on the apartment followed the organization of the floors below, but after consulting it with my mentor and other architects, I am suggesting a different concept that follows more the style of the 21 century and adjust the structure of the columns that you can not find on the other floors.
