residential tower with a height of 130 metres at dadar, mumbai - Designed a tower to accommodate 30 tenants of the site, to provide them 430sq.ft. of carpet area apartment rather than 300sq.ft. as per norms. The remaining F.S.I. was to be consumed in providing sale-able apartments of 600sq.ft. while the ground + 6 parking levels were F.S.I. free. The elevations and working drawings were my achievements.
