Brimfield
Brimfield was a small ranch style house built in the late 1960s. It needed full updating and new kitchen and baths. My vision was to bring it into the 21st century for a first-time buyer or a downsizing couple. With a keen eye on budget and inserting influences from Seattle's craftsman style houses as well as modern touches including glass mosaic and spa-like marble tile, it stood out in the neighborhood, but still kept in keeping with its potential sale price. This home was sold in less than a week, in the midst of the housing downturn at above market price.
