NHG celebrates quality annually with a programme that includes a showcase of improvement efforts and projects, highlighting cluster-level efforts to boost the quality culture. At this event, NHG Excellence in Action Awards are also presented to outstanding staff who, in the course of their daily work, demonstrateConfidence, Attentiveness, Respect, and Empathy in providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers. In addition to this, NHG also recognises special customers with presentation of the NHG Exemplary Patient Award, which appreciates patients who have contributed significantly to a positive experience in healthcare service delivery.
The plenary speaker for NHG Quality Convention 2012 is expected to be Mr Göran Henricks, (Chief Executive, Learning and Innovation, Qulturum, Jönköping County Council).
